This company is very professional, courteous and friendly! They’ve really helped my family and I in the world real estate.
We love Provident and our agent, Tracy. They have been good to us from the very day that we moved in. They have made sure that anything we needed was taken care of immediately and have been very accommodating when we have requests. Thank you Provident, we hope to stay with your company and in your homes as long as you’ll let us. We love our house. Thank you
September 2025 makes five years that I have been renting with Provident Real Estate! I absolutely love this company, especially Tracy. IF and that is a big if there are any maintenance issues, or I have any concerns they’re on top of it no waiting no run run around. These guys GET straight to it. I also love the fact that I’m not treated as just “ THE TENANT” this guys care, and are very understanding.
I have been renting a home in Bethany for over 16 years. Provident Real Estate, Tracey and staff have been very prompt in responding to all repair issues. The repair teams have have been very helpful, thorough and timely in addressing the repairs. Everyone has been respectful and professional when engaging with me on all matters. I really am happy with my interactions with Provident Real Estate.
Truly could not be happier with my experience renting a home through Provident. We are always met with professionalism and compassion and I feel we are truly taken care of in our home. We got more than lucky with this being our first rent house experience, the bar is set high!
Provident Real Estate has been the best landlord experience we have had in the different places we have rented (Tulsa and Bella Vista, AK). Tracey the manager has been accessible and promptly responds to requests/concerns. I highly recommend renting from Provident- !
My daughter and I are so blessed to have such an amazing company such as this one!! They’ve been more than accommodating and helpful to us and for us, through every step of our journey with them. Tracey, I can’t thank you enough for your prayers, kindness, and support!!! This company has shown understanding and kindness during my struggles…More than any other company that I have worked with. To be honest, they are the ONLY company to show kindness, respect, understanding, and patience. I recommend this company to Everyone!! They have been such a wonderful blessing to me and my family, I couldn’t have done this with anyone else. Any other company wouldn’t have thought twice about putting us on the street, BUT this one…. They have worked with me every single step of the way. They’ve given me the chance to be able to take care of my daughter, without judging me, showing actions that I have never seen with any other company and I will ALWAYS THANK GOD FOR THEM & RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!!
My husband and I have rented a home from Provident for over 2 years now. Tracey and staff are always most helpful and respond quickly with any question we may have. Any issues that arise are taken care of quickly. You can tell they truly care and go out of their way to ensure we know it. We love renting through them!
My partner and I have rented two properties with provident and it’s by far the best renting experience we’ve had. Any issues we’ve ever had have been resolved within days, sometimes hours. Tracey is a great landlord and we will continue to work with her for as long as we can!
The whole team is very responsive! The home we were renting experienced an act of God that essentially made it unliveable. The home owner told us we had just a few days to move out as they were not willing to put us in a hotel. Well, Provident moved mountains for us! They found us a new place, and made moving process as painless as possible. We’re very grateful for them!
I recently sold a house through Provident. Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. We were able to sell the house to a veteran and accommodated his request to occupy early. Patrick worked with me to mitigate any risks to me as the seller and still support this veteran. Very happy how this turned out…a win/win for buyer and seller. Highly recommend Provident and Patrick.
I’ve been through all kinds of rental properties and this one is by far the best. Tracey is always kind and quick to respond to any issues. I am on my 2nd year lease and never had an issue she didn’t fix (even when it wasn’t her problem to solve)! She would call the city when tenants had pot hole and sinkhole issues on the street in front of our building. Called to complain about A/C Issues and had someone out in less than 24 hrs. 10/10!
Have been renting from Provident for almost 7 years and have always been treated with professionalism and respect. Any issue that has come up, however minor, has always been taken care of quickly though, to be honest, I haven’t had that many issues. When I have been on the road for work for a few weeks at a time, Tracey and her team have always made sure to keep an eye on my place and keep me updated. While I’ve had a couple of hiccups on a couple of occasions they’ve always strived to make things right as best as possible. Highly recommend!
Provident is a local company owned by the BEST people. They truly care about their tenants and work hard to make sure you don’t have to worry about anything.
