Hi, I’m Jordan Garrett — Real Estate Professional with NextNest by Team Provident.
I’m an Edmond native (with a little adventure in between) who found my way back home because there’s just something special about this community. Along the way, I earned a degree in Leadership Development, which has shaped my passion for helping others grow and succeed—whether it’s finding the right home or navigating life’s next big move.

When I’m not helping people find their dream spaces, you’ll probably catch me planning events, bartending, or enjoying my favorite things—like a good book, a challenging rock climb, or leveling up in my favorite video game.

Real estate runs in the family! I’m proud to work alongside my mom, Tracey, at NextNest. My dad, Patrick, is a veteran of the real estate business, so you could say I grew up with a passion for helping people find their place. I’m also lucky to have the support of my fiancé, Thomas, and my two younger siblings, who keep life fun and full of energy. Oh, and I can’t forget my two longhaired dachshunds, Tucker and Finn—they’re my heart and my adventure buddies! 🐾
